You will refine and execute a competency framework in line with the company's growth ambitions, working closely with top management and external partners to develop and implement tailored leadership solutions-whether on an individual, cohort, or team-based level. Drawing on the latest insights in talent and leadership best practices, you will continuously refine the Group's talent development strategies to maximize impact and drive performance.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in executive leadership development and talent management both in large, complex multinational organizations as well as fast growing mid sized companies, ideally in the commodities or mining sector. Experience collaborating with world-class academic institutions to deliver leadership programs, as well as a strategic mindset combined with hands-on expertise in leadership program administration will be preferred.
