What You'll Be Doing
8. HR Strategy & Business Partnering: Partner with senior leaders across both businesses to align HR strategy with operational and integration objectives
9. Support workforce planning, organisational design, and capability alignment during a period of change
10. Employee & Industrial Relations (ER/IR): Provide strong governance and oversight across employee relations and industrial frameworks during merger activity
11. Act as the key point of contact for ER/IR matters, ensuring compliance and best practice across both organisations
12. Support leaders in managing performance issues, grievances, and workplace investigations in a changing environment
13. Ensure policies and processes align with Australian employment legislation and evolving business structures
14. Culture, Safety & Compliance: Embed a strong WHS, wellbeing, and safety-first culture across the merged organisation
15. Oversee HR systems, policies, and processes to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose through transition and growth
16. Performance & Organisational Development: Drive performance frameworks, succession planning, and leadership capability across both businesses
17. Lead initiatives to strengthen engagement, culture, and employee value proposition during integration
18. Provide trusted advice to leadership on culture, people risk, and organisational effectiveness during merger activity
19. Influence stakeholders across all levels, supporting alignment between production teams, management, and senior leadership
Who We're Looking For
20. Minimum 3–5+ years' experience in an HR Manager or P&C leadership role
21. Strong ER/IR experience is essential, particularly in complex or changing environments
22. Proven background in manufacturing or FMCG industries
23. Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks
24. Demonstrated experience in workforce strategy, organisational development, and managing change or transformation
25. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across all levels
26. Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, or Business (AHRI membership advantageous)
