We are seeking an experienced environmental professional to lead and manage planning and approval projects, as well as environmental impact assessments for major infrastructure, renewables, mining, and government sectors throughout South Australia.

This role involves leading complex and multi-dimensional environmental assessments and approval processes. You will have the opportunity to lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver quality project outcomes for a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality project outcomes and enhancing client satisfaction.

* Scope, plan, manage, and execute environmental assessment, planning, approvals, and environmental management projects, ensuring integrated outcomes and high-quality delivery.

* Manage project teams to achieve exceptional project results that exceed client expectations.
">
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, developing high-quality proposals to secure new business.
">

Requirements:
">
* Qualifications in environmental science, planning, or related degree discipline.
">
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental impact assessment or planning and approvals (SA experience essential).
">
* Strong knowledge of environmental and planning legislation, regulations, standards, and best practices.
">
* Experience managing medium to large projects through the development spectrum, including managing timelines, budgets, and resourcing.
">
* Adaptability to undertake a range of technical work based on project requirements.
">
* Experience in mentoring and developing staff.
">
* Interest and aptitude in working across multiple disciplines.
">
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
">
* Ability to develop and maintain positive team and client relationships.
">
* Organised, motivated, and self-directed.
