You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, take offs, and quantity surveys for custom homes. You will work closely with sales, drafting, and construction teams to ensure projects are priced accurately, align with client selections, and flow seamlessly from concept to construction documentation. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and contributing value engineering suggestions will be key to success.
