Lead Sales Developer needed for key regional territory in and around Darwin, Northern Territory. This hybrid role combines field-based work with strong customer connections across trade, commercial, retail, agricultural, and industrial sectors unique to the NT.

* Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for trade and retail customers
* Build and maintain long-term relationships across your territory
* Proactively identify new business opportunities through fieldwork and local knowledge
* Promote Penrite products at trade events, expos, and regional customer meetings
* Provide timely reporting on territory performance and customer feedback
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and supply
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years' experience in territory or regional sales (automotive or trade-related preferred)
* Prior tenure with a major oil brand or a reseller/distributor of a major oil and lubricant company
* Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and grow market share
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously across a wide rural area
