About the Role

Due to continued growth, Eptec has an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team based at Osborne, SA.

The Project Coordinator will support project delivery by coordinating documentation, schedules, reporting, and communication across project teams and stakeholders. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects run efficiently through accurate, consistent processes and strong organisational support.

* Site-based at Osborne, SA
* Full-time role, Monday – Friday
* Suited to someone who enjoys coordination, structure, and working across multiple priorities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Live and role model Eptec's Zero Harm Values – drive a safety culture and collaborative team environment.
* Work with an experienced and dynamic operations team, providing key administration support services to assist in achieving project requirements.
* Support Project Managers with documentation, project reporting including timesheets and project registers.
* Coordinate site inductions for new staff and visitors.
* Prepare subcontract agreements and support communication, ensuring records are maintained.
* Administer job cost analysis, forecasting, billings and invoicing.
* Coordinate regular meetings and act as first point of contact for enquiries, providing accurate support and advice via telephone and written communication.

Skills and Experience

* Intermediate/advanced level in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
* Work with integrity and dedication to forge strong relationships.
