Part Time Studio Operations Specialist – Geelong West, VIC (Australia)
Pronto Pilates is a rapidly emerging fitness brand with new studios opening nationally. We are looking for a part‐time Studio Operations Specialist for our Geelong West studio. This hands‐on, multi‐faceted role reports directly to the Studio Success Manager and focuses on ensuring a five‐star class experience for every member.
Responsibilities
* Clean, adjust, and maintain exercise equipment
* Maintain studio comfort and ambience by monitoring lighting, temperature and any odours (with air‐freshening methods)
* Manage stock and coordinate deliveries
* Monitor and troubleshoot the robot vacuum/mop
* Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for occasional studio maintenance needs
* Be on call to address occasional, urgent cleaning and maintenance needs
* Engage proactively with members (encourage them to attend regular classes)
* Connect with local businesses to promote Pronto Pilates
* Report studio stats to manager
Qualifications & Requirements
* Meticulous about cleanliness and order
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
* Self‐managing and take initiative to serve members well
* Proven reliability in admin or supervisory roles
* Confidence to connect with members and local businesses
* Applicants who are investors in Pronto Pilates, or a friend/relative of any investor, are not eligible to apply
Experience in the Pilates or fitness industry is not necessary; we will train you.
Part‐time contractor, 6–10 hours per week. Nominal hours are Monday through Sunday, with four set shifts per week (Mon, Wed, Fri and one day on the weekend). Working hours must be outside of member peak hours, which are 5:15–9:00 am and 4:30–7:30 pm. Call‐outs, events and local area networking may also occur. Compensation ranges from $30–$40 per hour (plus incentives) depending on experience.
