* Mentor, support, and manage a team of 5 Draftspersons, along with overseeing an overseas drafting operation to ensure workflow efficiency and quality outcomes
* Manage all drafting aspects of custom‐designed homes
* Liaise closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
* Apply a strong understanding of residential construction methodologies across a range of custom double‐storey designs
* Forward plan workloads, identify process improvements, and contribute value at a senior leadership level across the business
* Drive collaboration, accountability, and consistency within the drafting team while maintaining high documentation standards
About You:
To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following skills and experience:
* 4+ years experience working with a residential builder
* Proven industry experience at a Team Leader, or Management level
* Senior Drafter, Draftsperson wanting to step up into a management role also considered
* ArchiCAD proficiency (essential)
