Lead Accommodation & Administration Hand
This is a leadership position that requires strong multitasking, problem-solving skills and ability to create efficient environments.
* We are seeking an experienced professional who can oversee daily accommodation and administrative operations ensuring our village runs smoothly.
* The ideal candidate will manage check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries through our site booking systems.
* You will support housekeeping and admin teams with run sheets, accurate documentation and workflow coordination.
* Maintaining impeccable records including invoices, accounts and compliance files is essential.
* A strong leader who can hold team meetings, provide feedback and support training and development is required.
* Ensuring all administrative processes meet company and client standards is crucial.
* You will assist with recruitment, onboarding and delivery of site-specific HSE training.
Requirements:
* At least 2-5 years' experience in accommodation or administration within hospitality, village operations or service delivery.
* Strong capability with Microsoft Office, booking systems and ideally INX, SAP or similar platforms is required.
* A knack for clear communication, problem-solving and staying composed under pressure is essential.
* Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and accuracy is necessary.
* Experience supporting or mentoring team members is highly valued.
* A Diploma or higher in Business, Administration or related studies is preferred.
