 Experience as PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS consultant's role in recent past.
 Experience in Public Sector / Human Resources domain.
 Experience in Oracle PeopleSoft ERP as functional consultant
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Well versed with Agile ways of working
 Should be an Australian Citizen having baseline clearance
 Extensive experience in developing test plan and test scripts
 Extensive experience in developing project plan, identifying resource requirement, define
timelines, track completion and reporting status to project sponsors and key stakeholders
 Expertise in Designing, Development, Implementation, Customization, Maintenance, Interfacing/
Reporting, Data Conversion, Testing and Post-production migration support
 Expertise in PeopleSoft application development using People Tools like Application Designer,
PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Approval workflow engine (AWE),
Workflows and XML/BI publisher.
 Strong working knowledge in RDBMS (SQL, PL/SQL). Programming proficiency in PeopleCode,
SQR, Application Engine and Application Packages.
