About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate B-Double Road Trains in a mine environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
* Conduct thorough pre-start inspections and complete all required documentation, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company standards.
* Haul coal and other materials between load and dump points efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and optimizing production.
* Maintain awareness of surroundings and ensure compliance with site traffic management plans, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
About You:
* Demonstrated experience operating road trains for bulk haulage, preferably in a mining environment, with a strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and operational procedures.
* Current MC licence and commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
* Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and operational excellence, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
