Role Description This full-time Recruitment Coordinator position is an on-site role based in Bundall, QLD. The primary responsibilities of the role include coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with managers to fill key positions. The role also involves maintaining consistent communication with candidates during the hiring process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive recruitment experience. The Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting staff onboarding and contributing to team engagement and retention initiatives.
