Meat Flour Wine Berwick is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to support our kitchen leadership team and deliver outstanding dining experiences.
What You'll Do
 * Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading day-to-day kitchen operations.
 * Ensure prep and service run smoothly and consistently at a premium level.
 * Support junior chefs with training, guidance and clear communication.
 * Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness.
 * Bring creativity and contribute ideas for menu development.
 * Maintain stock control and assist with ordering when required.
What We're Looking For
 * Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or similar, ready to take the next step.
 * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail under pressure.
 * A team player with leadership potential and a positive attitude.
 * Passion for premium produce, modern techniques and delivering excellence.
