Job Description
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own client portfolio, mapping the market, developing an ambitious sales plan, leading by example, influencing the development of others, sourcing new candidates, conducting thorough interviews, identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with new clients, providing excellent service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships, advising stakeholders from SMEs to global organisations, working collaboratively with your team to reach team goals, and handling the job process from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow your own client portfolio
* Map the market and develop an ambitious sales plan
* Lead by example and influence the development of others
* SOURCE NEW CANDIDATES VIA A MULTITUDE OF CHANNELS AND CONDUCT THOROUGH INTERVIEWS
* Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with new clients
* Provide excellent service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships
* Advise stakeholders from SMEs to global organisations
* Work collaboratively with your team to reach team goals
* Handle the job process from beginning to end including short-listing, making expert recommendations and maintaining relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Highly motivated and sales driven with 1+ years recruitment experience
