The key duties of the position include:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Depending on the position, duties may include but are not limited to:
* Providing general administrative support and assistance
* Offering HR-related services such as payroll, recruitment, placements, WHS, and analytics
* Contributing to the design and delivery of training and development programs
* Providing security-related services and advice
* Supporting enterprise risk management
* Assisting in enterprise capability planning and policy development
* Providing secretariat or executive support
* Supporting policy and procedure guidance
* Contributing to engagement and change management activities
* Processing payroll activities
* Interpreting and advising on HR policies and legislation
* Developing or evaluating organizational strategies and policies
* Supporting records and information management
* Contributing to program design and delivery
* Maintaining stakeholder relationships
* Supporting corporate planning and reporting
* Drafting submissions and briefings, including for Ministers and Cabinet
* Managing protocol and events
* Liaising with foreign partners
* Mentoring and supervising junior staff
* Undertaking project management
* Providing accurate advice to stakeholders
* Engaging in activities aligned with strategic goals
