The Maintenance Coordinator role is responsible for delivering quality and timely facilities maintenance services to ensure fit for purpose, value for money outsourced facilities maintenance meets contracted organisational, public sector and legislative requirements.
This position involves stakeholder engagement, site visits and audits, reviewing & approving quotes, oversight of contract requirement ensuring service delivery outcomes, insurance claims, financial review of costs, analysing data and performance within portals, attending operational meetings.

* Key Responsibilities:

o Manage a large portfolio of facilities maintenance contracts

o Ensure statutory maintenance requirements are met

o Prioritise Reactive, Planned Preventative, Major Periodic Maintenance

o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve maintenance issues

o Analyse data and performance metrics to inform decision-making
