Job Description
We are seeking an experienced career counsellor or career development trainer to join our team. As an Employability Skills Trainer, you will deliver training and support services to participants, enabling them to become more competitive in the local labour market.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve great results and make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
* Promoting APM's Employment Services Programs
* Supporting and guiding participants to identify their skills and abilities
* Developing career development plans for participants
* Organising, planning, implementing, and facilitating training programs
* Building relationships with local employers and community organisations
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
* Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check
* Availability to work part-time Monday to Friday, between 8 am to 5 pm
