About the role

We have an opportunity for a Business Consultant to be part of our ERP (SAP) Platform Business Support, Technology & Communication Services Command. The role provides support and expertise in SAP Finance and HR modules functionality, enhancement and production support to ensure that service level expectations for functionality, availability, performance, security and control are fulfilled by assisting users in analysing and providing solutions.

Qualifications and experience

• Specific expertise and understanding of SAP HR and Payroll modules, including but not limited to Time & attendance, Flex time, Rosters, Employee Self Service, Workflow and Payroll.
• Knowledge of NSW Police Force or similar government HR/Payroll processes.
• Experience in analysing complex roster data in conjunction with awards and payroll.
• Ability to document the system solutions into user manuals.
• Capacity to negotiate and resolve issues with a range of people at all levels.
• Working knowledge of SAP, project coordination, resolving user queries and ability to manage change requests.
• Strong client focus and proven service delivery experience.
