***Savanna **is currently looking for an experienced** Finance / Payroll Officer** to join the business. This is a newly created positions reporting to the Financial Controller, to support the payroll process and customer invoicing and accounts payable functions.

- Previous experience in a busy office environment potentially in a finance and payroll support function
- Advanced skills using the Microsoft Suite (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)
- Experience working in an ERP environment desirable
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail & adherence to established procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong administrative skill together with the ability to work to tight deadlines
***What you'll be doing**:
- _Accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) activities Collate, prepare and send invoices_
- _Collation & processing of Purchase Orders_
- _ensure end-to-end payroll processing and associated activities are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes_
- _Assist with data input, checking, quality control and maintenance of records to ensure integrity of data_
- _Assist employees with payroll queries and follow up when required_
- _Assist with follow up of information required from managers and supervisors to ensure correct payment to employees_
- _Process Superannuation Contributions_
- _General administrative duties_
