We are seeking a skilled Therapy Assistant to join our Home and Community Care team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will work with clients in their own homes, delivering high-quality therapy services and contributing to the development of individualized care plans. This role involves working collaboratively with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to ensure seamless delivery of care. As a Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older Western Australians.
Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver therapeutic interventions to clients in their homes or at Day Therapy Centres.

* Evaluate therapy care plans and contribute to their development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Certificate III in Allied Health or higher qualification is essential.

* Previous experience working as a Therapy Assistant, particularly in community settings, is desirable.
