Assistant Stockroom and Inventory Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead day-to-day stockroom and inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the stockroom and inventory team, providing guidance and coaching to optimize processes and improve performance metrics
* Collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences through reliable inventory delivery and accurate product availability
* Support planning and execution of inventory schedules to enhance efficiency and control costs
* Oversee all inventory operations with high standards of organization and accuracy
Requirements:
* Proven experience in retail inventory management, warehousing, or stockroom operations
* Retail, back-of-house, or distribution experience
* Leadership experience with ability to develop team members
* Confident and clear communication skills
* Customer-centric approach with strong attention to detail
* Results-driven with excellent organization and time management
