About The Role
As Project Manager, you will lead a large-scale energy infrastructure project involving complex mechanical and electrical installation, systems integration and commissioning. You will guide a multidisciplinary project team, foster strong client relationships, and ensure safe, efficient and quality-driven outcomes. This role begins in our Brisbane office during the ECI phase, transitioning to a site-based roster once construction begins, with accommodation and meals provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a safe, environmentally sound project on time and within budget.
* Oversee engineering, scheduling, cost control, safety, environment and quality.
* Coordinate construction activities in line with program requirements.
* Lead commissioning and completions activities for complex M&E components.
* Maintain strong client relationships and uphold McConnell Dowell's project standards.
About You
You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in complex mechanical and electrical works, ideally within water or water-treatment infrastructure due to the complexity and system integration similarities. You thrive in fast-paced project environments, enjoy being client-facing, and can confidently lead teams through ECI, delivery, commissioning and close-out. You're flexible to work on a roster during site delivery and comfortable managing multidisciplinary teams and high-value project scopes.
You Will Also Bring
* Demonstrated experience delivering complex facilities or M&E projects.
* Proven success in commissioning and completions.
* Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management capability.
