We are looking to appoint an experienced ‘hands on’ professional Coordinator with sound leadership qualities and operational experience to help keep our business running smoothly and join in driving our SA branch to the next phase, as it grows with South Australian infrastructure and community maintenance projects.
You will enjoy handling a variety of operational efficiencies and client sweeper services across SA at the ‘coal face’, as well as collaborating with the Group’s various teams, while taking ownership as you energetically coordinate and optimize daily activities to meet client needs.
The location of this permanent full-time position will be at our Salisbury Plain facility and will report to the Branch Manager SA.

What are the core responsibilities?
* Provide the necessary supervisory support to our operations team to assist them to deliver service on the ground to the highest standard, including support with truck maintenance and optimisation
* Ensure that Operators are trained in accordance with standard procedures and benchmarks
* Contribute to scheduling, training, and inductions systems
* Facilitate outcomes for planned and unplanned events in a time-sensative enviromnent
* Identify business development opportunities, cultivating relationships with new and existing customers
* Prepare customer quotations and proposals and management reports
* Monitor Work Health & Safety practises
* Drive employee performance in the key areas of plant maintenance procedures and work practises
* Provide collaboration with leadership and auxiliary colleagues as required
Great! What do I need to be successful in this role?
· Be an experienced and professional supervisor with leadership qualities in an operational environment (suitably related industries; manufacturing, waste management, construction, mechanical)
· Be ‘hands on’ with a demonstrated mechanical aptitude
· Have a MR or HR truck Licence or be willing to obtain one
· Have a Construction Industry White Card
· Confident ‘interpersonality’, high verbal and written communication skills to engage with different audiences
· Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
· Possess a strong work ethic reinforced with a high level of initiative, flexibility and a proactive solution-based approach
· Strong time management skills, planning and task efficiency
· Enjoy working in a team environment but also work with self-management skills
· Exceptional attention to detail balanced by solid analytical skills
· Bring a working understanding of scheduling
· Pass a pre-employment medical assessment, drug and alcohol test.
