Senior Director, Learning & Organization Development
This strategic leader will drive business performance and employee engagement by integrating learning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a clear, business-aligned learning and leadership development strategy.
* Oversee training programs for employees at all levels, leveraging innovative learning technologies and methodologies.
* Expand talent development programs to accelerate readiness for critical roles.
* Strengthen structured training and mentorship programs to connect employees with career growth opportunities.
* Design tailored early-career development pathways to cultivate future leaders.
Organization Development & Talent Management:
* Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives, including change management and team effectiveness.
* Oversee succession planning, high-potential development, and workforce planning to ensure leadership readiness.
* Partner with business leaders to assess organizational capabilities and drive strategies that enhance performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
* 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organization Development, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
* Proven experience designing and executing enterprise-wide talent development and organizational effectiveness strategies.
