Job Title: Strategic Account Manager
The role of the Strategic Account Manager is to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer value through best practice travel programs.
This full-time position will manage Flight Centre Business Travel's key SME customers, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, improved efficiencies, savings, and sound account management practices.
The incumbent will be responsible for identifying opportunities for value-added sales into existing customer bases, ensuring fees are charged as per our agreements, and aligning customer and commercial goals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving customer compliance and growth with directly procured products and services from Flight Centre Business Travel
* Communicating with customers at all levels and engaging with internal stakeholders to deliver value
* Developing strong internal and external business relationships and influencing customers to change to deliver value to their programs
* Providing recommendations to customers on strategic direction and implementing products and services that enhance customer programs
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of extensive customer/account relationship management experience, strong technical knowledge of corporate travel management systems, and proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
They will also possess demonstrated ability to build multi-level relationships, articulate knowledge about products and services, and drive business results.
