Job Title: Contract Administrator
This role is designed to support the smooth operation of commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, preparing and administering contracts, and collaborating with finance and delivery teams to ensure tight budget control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage procurement processes and subcontractor agreements
* Prepare and administer contracts, variations, and progress claims
* Collaborate with finance and delivery teams to ensure tight budget control
* Use Premier construction software for cost tracking and documentation
* Conduct occasional site visits and maintain communication with all project stakeholders
* Support the delivery of high-end fit-out projects from kick-off to completion
* Work closely with national pre-construction and design teams for seamless handovers
About You:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Contract Administrator role
* Background in commercial construction – either in fit-out or new build
* Strong commercial understanding and confident with numbers
* Experience with (or quick to learn) Premier software
* Eager to progress into a Project Manager position
* Self-starter who thrives in a close-knit, fast-growing team environment
