We are a progressive organisation focused on delivering exceptional customer service throughout all elements of our business. We are seeking a diligent and skilled individual who wants to become a valued part of a growing and supportive team as a bookkeeper and outbound logistics co-ordinator.

**Tasks & responsibilities include**:

- Contacting and organising all outbound orders.
- Ensuring goods are paid before delivery
- Working with freight companies regarding deliveries to site
- Organizing the weekly run sheets
- Communicating with warehouse regarding run sheet
- Determine and arrange for weekly and daily labor requirements
- Processing warehousing staff attendance
- Ensure staff are trained in local procedures and in the use of operational equipment and where applicable, hold a current license.
- Supervise daily activities to ensure that work is performed safely, efficiently and in accordance with company procedures and legislation.
- Have regular communication with all depots, operations, fleet control and customer service.
- Co-ordinate the loading / unloading of vehicles inbound and outbound
- Document training and forward to Safety, Training & Quality Co-Ordinator for entry into database
- Ensure Induction of agency, casual and permanent employees is carried out and documented
- Ensure all incidents including near misses are reported, investigated and corrective actions implemented.
- Work with injury rehabilitation coordinators to develop and implement return to work plans ensuring injured worker speedy return to work.
- Identify, recommend and if approved, implement improvements in the daily operational procedures
- Dealing with inquiries, complaints, and requests for information or services by clarifying customer needs and responding appropriately to the requirements of each customer.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Problem solve material orders.
- Using systems provided, log calls and logistics.
- Making and receiving service booking calls.
- Explaining service options and processes.
- Completing relevant paperwork.
- Communicating with colleagues with scheduling of bookings.
- Updating and supporting database as required.
- Accurately record customer requests in the CRM system.

**Qualifications Necessary**:

- Tertiary educated in bookkeeping and accounts administration
- Highly organised and self motivated
- Well presented with customer service skills
- Able to work across a multi faceted and dynamic supply chain
- Able to work as part of a team and independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $49,366.01 - $65,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Operation Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Smithfield, NSW 2164 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Smithfield, NSW 2164: Relocate before starting work (required)
