Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the team to create an appealing and stimulating shopping experience for customers.
• Develop and implement effective planograms to maximize product visibility and sales.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration and open communication.
• Promote safety culture and ensure the well-being of teammates and customers.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* Emerging or established leadership abilities with a proven track record of success.
* Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products (ideal).
* Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms, and promotions.
* Multitasking and prioritization skills.
* Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager.
* Possess a valid driver's license (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time.
