* Supervise piling operations on site (CFA, bored, screw or driven piling depending on project)
* Coordinate labour, plant and materials to maintain productivity
* Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and geotechnical reports
* Run pre-starts, toolbox talks and enforce safety procedures
* Monitor daily production and maintain accurate site records
* Liaise with builders, engineers and inspectors
* Identify and manage site issues before they impact programme
* Maintain quality control throughout piling activities
