About the Role

Responsibilities
* Provide clinical care to residents.
* Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents.
* Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
* Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care.
Qualifications
* A nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration.
* Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
* Previous experience in an aged care home.
* A real desire to make a difference in people's lives.
* The ability to build rapport with residents, families, and visitors.
* Evidence of current influenza vaccination during the influenza season.
