Job Opportunity: Lead Restaurant Team Member
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FOH Supervisor/DM to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
Main Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage the restaurant floor, staff, and service delivery to meet high standards.
* Collaborate closely with Front of House and Kitchen teams to provide exceptional customer service.
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints.
* Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management to drive team success.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels and establish strong relationships with suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times.

Key Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a FOH Supervisor/DM or similar hospitality leadership role.
* Demonstrated operational and people-management skills, with a proven track record of success.
* Exceptional customer-service orientation, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
* Thorough knowledge of hospitality industry best practices and regulations.
* Proficient in using relevant hospitality management software and technology.
