The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing function, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic plans to support business expansion.
This is a full-time position based in either Launceston or Brisbane, with regular travel required between the two locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and direction to the Sales & Marketing team.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision.
* Lead digital activity and platforms to engage with customers.
* Oversee PR and Crisis Communications activities.
* Drive revenue growth across B2C and B2B channels.
* Analyse market trends and customer needs to inform data-driven decisions.
* Design and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
* Demonstrable experience in dealing with industry partners.
* Proven track record of at least 10 years in marketing or sales management.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
