Australia Custody Leadership Role
Our organization seeks a senior professional to lead the Australia custody franchise, overseeing the development and execution of strategic plans for product growth, risk management, and control.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage product profitability, revenue, returns, and balance sheet performance.
* Create and implement strategic roadmaps for custody products, driving maximum benefit through launch, marketing, and development.
* Lead efforts in differentiating and innovating custody products, including initiatives to increase revenues.
* Provide actionable market intelligence to clients, analyzing key market developments in Australia and supporting market advocacy efforts.
* Oversee daily product management functions, such as product delivery, client experience, and communication strategies.
Required Skills:
* At least 15 years of experience in Investor/Securities Services or client coverage.
* Ability to work independently with high adaptability and priority adjustment skills.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree/University degree; Master's degree preferred.
