About the role
Norco are currently seeking an experienced
Production Operator
to join the team at our busy milk processing factory in Raleigh.
In this
full-time
position you'll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing a great job every day and you'll play an important part in keeping our dairy products moving from farm to fridge. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operator experience and will be motivated and committed to a career in food manufacturing.

You'll be a great fit if you
Understanding of food manufacturing processes and hygiene requirements
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and advanced problem-solving skills
Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment highly desirable
Have a strong focus on safety and understand WHS principles
Are reliable and happy to work shift work (including weekends & public holidays)
Can follow procedures accurately and work with minimal supervision
Have good time management and can meet set deadlines
Have sound literacy and numeracy skills to complete order documentation
Take pride in your work, use good problem-solving skills, and make sound decisions

If successfully you will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
