Facilities Manager - Asset Operations Specialist
About the Role:
This is a dynamic opportunity to manage and maintain assets within our portfolio, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement. As a Facilities Manager - Asset Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of assigned properties, developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and implementing best practices to drive efficiency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facilities services in Commonwealth-Owned Properties, developing effective working relationships with key client staff and tenant representatives;
- Assist the Manager Operations – Centres for National Resilience to deliver the full range of services for the Entity;
- Proactively engage client stakeholders to ensure on-site tenants' expectations are met;
- Build, develop, and maintain effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization;
- Create and maintain site field manuals that accurately document negotiated financial and procedural agreements between building owners and users;
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards;
- Implement Industry Best Practice operations and recommend continuous quality improvement practices;
