* Supervise high-volume deal processing to meet productivity objectives.
* Join select external meetings with sales to underscore operational expertise.
* Nurture strong, service-oriented connections with brokers and partners.
The Candidate
You are a seasoned professional with substantial auto finance expertise, excelling in team leadership and thriving in fast-paced environments to deliver superior outcomes.
* Deep experience in auto financing through broker, private sale, and supplier channels.
* Proven leadership in team building, including coaching, training, and performance enhancement.
* Skilled in overseeing high-volume underwriting workflows.
* Strong analytical capabilities for detailed transaction assessments.
* Knowledge of vehicle categories and contemporary market trends, including risk tools.
* Willingness to participate in partner visits with sales to promote capabilities.
* Dedication to maintaining excellent service relationships with external stakeholders.
