About This Role
You'll be working as part of a close-knit team focused on driving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction through seamless sales operations across Australia and New Zealand.
* Main responsibility will be coordinating core sales systems including CRM and CPQ processes to ensure timely execution.
* You'll oversee customer support workflows, ensuring accurate execution of agreements and pricing updates while maintaining data integrity.
What We're Looking For In A Candidate
We're seeking someone with experience in Sales Operations or Sales Support (2+ years preferred) who's skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, confident learning new software, intermediate Excel skills & able to build strong relationships internally & externally.
* Able to communicate effectively with problem-solving abilities & detail-oriented with multiple priorities management skills are must-haves
