Key Responsibilities:
* Manage dinner services and events for assigned sections
* Maintain operating and kitchen equipment to a high standard, minimizing breakage
* Ensure fridges, hygiene standards, and storage practices are in place
* Prepare mis-en-place for assigned sections
* Assist in quality control of items
Requirements:
* Completion of a Chef Apprenticeship
* Certificate in Commercial Cookery
* Good Hygiene and Food Safety Knowledge
* Safe and accurate knife skills
* Knowledge and experience in various cooking methods
* Desirable: Experience as a Commis Chef in a 1 Hatted restaurant or similar environment
