Overview
Germax Interiors is seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker/Joiner to join our team in our workshop located in Greenacre, NSW. This full-time role will see you play a key part in the fabrication of bespoke joinery and furniture for commercial projects.
Base pay range
A$36.00/hr - A$42.00/hr
What You'll Be Doing
* Reading and interpreting design specifications to produce custom joinery and furniture pieces
* Operating woodworking machinery such as saws, routers, and sanders to fabricate components
* Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment
* Collaborating with the production team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard
What We\'re Looking For
* Formal qualifications in Cabinet Making or a related trade
* Minimum 5 years\' experience as a Cabinet Maker or Joiner in a workshop environment
* Excellent woodworking skills and the ability to read technical drawings
* Proficient in the use of power tools and woodworking machinery
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
