**Customer Service Professional Role**

As a customer service professional, you will be pivotal to the success of our clinics and the positive experience for our clients. You will have the opportunity to showcase your outstanding communication skills in a diverse role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients from their initial contact.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals to drive referrals to the clinic.
- Assist with client correspondence, event planning, and maintaining accurate records.
**Requirements**: To be successful in this role, you must thrive in a busy, client-facing environment and provide exceptional customer service. You must also be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritize efficiently.
**Your Skills and Experience**:
- Knowledge of Medicare and HICAPS systems.
- Experience and knowledge of multiple patient management systems and software.
- Previous experience managing a busy healthcare facility.
- Comprehensive knowledge of online claiming and MBS as it pertains to provision of psychological services.
