Learning and Capability Lead
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Capability professional to lead the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of our learning and capability programs. This includes maintaining and implementing a comprehensive Capability Framework, as well as designing and implementing a skills taxonomy aligned to our job family framework.
About You
* You will have demonstrated experience leading a team or similar role in a fast-paced, complex organisation with a strong focus on people development.
* You will have expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through effective learning solutions.
* You will have experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
* You will have a strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models, including the 70:20:10 model, and be able to operationalise it in a hybrid learning environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of our learning and capability programs, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
* Maintain and implement the Capability Framework, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
* Design and implement a skills taxonomy aligned to our job family framework, ensuring accurate representation of employee skills and knowledge.
