This is a pivotal role within the Business Process Partner Team, responsible for administrative partnership support across the ANZ business. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial part in simplifying collaboration and connection between business units & functions to maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve individual goals and objectives while working with the larger BPP team.
* Collaborate across customer groups to provide seamless support.
* Develop proficiency in various systems and processes to support diverse customer groups and the wider team.
* Drive continuous improvement in office management and CSR initiatives.
Key Areas of Focus
* Maintain relationships with stakeholders for effective communication and collaboration.
* Communicate consistently across business units & functions to ensure compliant processes.
* Support internal company communications, employee engagement activities, and people initiatives.
* Be a subject matter expert for Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Polaris/Ariba S4/Hana project.
* Role model CSR in daily business activities and work cross-functionally on Generation Ipsen Pillars.
Requirements and Experience
* At least 5 years' Office Management experience in a commercial or pharmaceutical organization.
* 3+ years Project/Event Management experience in a professional/corporate environment.
* Experience providing administrative support to a large team.
* Ability to learn quickly, lead process, and be proactive.
