DUTIES. Support senior surveyors with cost estimations and budgeting Assist with tender preparation and contract negotiation Manage clients and other stakeholders Conduct site visits, ensuring the ongoing success of projects SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management Proficiency in CostX would be highly regarded A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field Hands-on experience across commercial, residential, education, and retail sectors are advantageous, but not essential CULTURE.
