* Experience working in a DevOps/SRE capacity within large, complex environments

* Strong technical skills in Splunk/New Relic, including dashboard design and troubleshooting

* Proven experience supporting large customer-facing platforms

* Familiarity with ITIL practices, including incident/problem/change processes and service management tools

* Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS), containerisation (Kubernetes/Docker) and API gateway tools

* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

* Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
