Role Summary: The Program Analyst plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, monitoring and reporting of programs across DevelopmentWA’s Metro and Built Form and Industrial Lands Authority (ILA) / Regional portfolios. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, the role supports program performance, contributes to crossprogram initiatives and provides evidencebased insights to inform decisionmaking. The position offers exposure to a diverse mix of metropolitan, industrial and regional programs, supporting organisational priorities and State outcomes. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: As the Program Analyst, you will: Support program planning, coordination and performance reviews across metropolitan, built form, industrial and regional portfolios Contribute to crossportfolio and systemlevel initiatives aligned with organisational priorities Provide analysis and insights to inform investment and divestment decisions Prepare briefings and reports on program outcomes aligned with State priorities Monitor program progress, milestones and key performance indicators across multiple portfolios Support governance and executive forums, including steering committees and working groups Engage with internal and external stakeholders across metropolitan, industrial and regional programs Use data, market information and policy settings to support responsive program planning and reporting Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across programs and portfolios About you: To be successful in this role, you will bring: A formal qualification in data, GIS and/or program analytics, with demonstrated capability supporting program, placebased or development outcomes Ability to work across multiple portfolios, balancing priorities and contributing to shared outcomes Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines Welldeveloped stakeholder engagement and relationshipbuilding skills Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, including preparing briefings and reports Proficiency in business analysis and standard analytical tools, including the use of AI, to support program planning, monitoring and reporting Ability to develop clear and fitforpurpose visual materials such as roadmaps, graphs, dashboards or presentations Strong ability to analyse complex information, identify key issues and provide practical, evidencebased advice Capability in data interpretation and GIS/mapping to inform program planning and decisionmaking Experience working in an organisation with similar values and ethics to DevelopmentWA is highly desirable What we offer: As well and working on a diverse portfolio of projects, you will also enjoy a number of benefits such as: Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work An organisation that is committed to sustainability, including a transition to net zero carbon emissions Brand new office fit-out in Mia Yellagonga Tower 2 (BDO building) with beautiful views of Kings Park Study Assistance and professional development opportunities End-of-trip facilities An active social club and paid volunteering opportunities An agile and progressive workplace culture built on our core values of Brilliance, Alliance, Courage and Integrity Are you ready to help shape our state’s future?
