Based at our Sutherland Office, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient cement deliveries across NSW – working with a fleet of over 130 trucks! Join a close‐knit, supportive team where no two days are the same. You'll thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐energy environment where your planning skills and quick thinking will make a real impact.
Your shift will entail working nominated hours between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday, and every second Saturday from 6 am to 2 pm. This position is conveniently located next to Sutherland train station.
Your day will involve
* Manage and process customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
* Coordinate and allocate delivery schedules based on driver and truck availability
* Use advanced systems to track stock, dispatch loads, and monitor truck movements
* Communicate with internal teams (production, sales, technical, transport) to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Provide delivery updates and solutions to customers using our truck tracking systems
What are we looking for?
* A strong team player with top‐notch communication and customer service skills
* A fast thinker with strong problem‐solving and planning abilities
* Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools
* Experience in logistics, allocations or freight
* Knowledge of NHVR fatigue management – training provided if not
