Strong knowledge of HR strategy, employee relations, and organisational development
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and influencing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to partner with business leaders to drive results
Experience in HR systems, reporting, and compliance
Skilled background and HR expertise
Stakeholder engagement and influence
Change management and business partnering capabilities
Leadership and people development experience
Australian citizenship or work rights
