Uncompromising creativity, collaboration and love of the craft are in our DNA.Core ResponsibilitiesPRODUCERStrengthen the Sam I Am brand by being passionate, authentic, clear in communication, warm, connected, efficient and solution-drivenManage the end-to-end production process for still, motion & integrated projects, from initial concept development to final delivery.Lead collaboratively with directors, photographers, clients, and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.Consistent, detailed management of project pipelines and status tracking.Create and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective production.Source and negotiate with vendors, including studios, equipment rentals, and props, to secure necessary resources within budget.Organise and coordinate production logistics, including scheduling, location scouting, and talent casting.Provide creative input and guidance to enhance projects' visual quality and impact.Ensure compliance with legal and copyright requirements in collaboration with legal teams.Confident pitching & treatment creation.AgentBe abreast of the SIA brand & each artist’s strategy.Identify new opportunities for the SIA brand in line with sales & marketing strategies.Curation of imagery for pitching/marketing purposes.Confident in making initial connections with potential clients.Identifying new opportunities for the SIA brand & artists in line with sales & marketing strategies.Keeping abreast of editorial, advertising and fashion industry developments.Reinforcing the Sam I Am brand at every client touchpoint.Key AttributesEmpathic LeadershipInterest in and knowledge of video, photography, arts, media & advertisingConnected to advertising industry creatives and producersFocused on client service (clients being: the artists and the industry)At least 3-5 years of local industry experienceOrganised, efficient, budget savvyAble to work well under pressure, juggling multiple productions and new enquiriesPassionate and positiveHighly driven and motivatedCollaborative team player but also great at working autonomously & independently.QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of experience as a Photographic and/or Motion Producer or similar role in the photography industry.Strong knowledge of photographic and motion production processes, including pre-production, on-set operations, and post-production.Proven track record in successfully delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Extensive network and relationships with industry vendors, such as studios, equipment suppliers, and talent agencies.Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools used for project management and image editing.Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Creative mindset and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.Sound like you or someone you know?Get in touch - we would love to hear from you.Sam I Am is an all-inclusive company.
