What You’ll Be Doing
* Take full accountability for end‑to‑end site operations, performance and administration
* Lead, inspire and develop site teams to build a strong, engaged and safety‑focused culture
* Drive operational planning and execution to achieve production targets and KPIs
* Oversee maintenance and reliability of plant, equipment and infrastructure
* Champion best‑practice safety, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement
* Maintain high standards of quality control and operational discipline
* Ensure the site operates in full compliance with regulatory, environmental and permit requirements
* Up to $1,000 net annually to cover private health extras gap costs

What We’re Looking for
* Previous experience in an automated manufacturing or production management role
* Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in an operational environment
* Strong working knowledge of production processes, quality control, sustainability and safety standards
* Demonstrated ability to drive productivity, improve workflows and optimise site performance
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage teams and stakeholders at all levels
* Solid problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in fast‑paced environments
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with operational reporting
