We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mixing Operator to join our team in Heidelberg West.

Position Details Location: Heidelberg West Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm Pay Rate: $***** per hour + super Type: Temp to Perm opportunity Responsibilities Operate mixing equipment according to production specifications Accurately measure and combine ingredients Monitor product consistency and quality standards Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment Follow strict safety and hygiene protocols Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets Required Skills Experience Previous experience in food production or a similar role (preferred but not essential) Ability to follow instructions and work under regular supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic Why Apply?
